Bay Street Castle Restoration 1985
One of the most significant and extensive restorations which Leslie’s company took on was the Bay Street Castle
Financing was provided by Bank of Boston and limited partners who received tax credits and tax deductions. The City of Springfield provided the remaining shortfall.
