Longmeadow, Massachusetts
Leslie and her husband Kevin McCarthy live in an enormous two-family home in Longmeadow facing Forest Park. Built as a Boston duplex (an architectural expression meaning an elegant two-family with servants quarters, multiple staircases and period details) in 1910, the home serves as personal residence and home office. The home has 10 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 8 baths and 8000 square feet of space. |

Adirondack Mountains
Located in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York, Leslie lovingly maintains on behalf of the family trust two summer camps built by her great-grandparents in 1908. Complete with outhouses, fabulous views, wildflower meadows and 100 years of family furniture, the camps are a wonderful retreat in the summer months. |

Stonington, Connecticut
Kevin left the building business five years ago to purchase and fix up a historic marina outside Mystic, Connecticut on the Long Island Sound. He is the process of restoring a 1740’s Dutch colonial which came with the property, fixing the 48 boat slips and building a boat sales business. He claims not to miss being a real estate developer/builder, but he is naturally an excellent adviser to his wife Leslie.
